We are OrionSlp, operating the NPC Brain service at orionslps.com. We collect and process personal information to provide and improve our AI character creation platform.

What We Collect

• Account information (name, email, billing details)
• Character creation prompts, role-play instructions, and generated character outputs
• Chat messages, generated replies, and conversation history
• Internal memory/THOUGHTs stored in our vector database (ChromaDB)
• Technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, and usage analytics (collected via cookies and tools like Google Analytics)
• Payment information processed securely by our third-party provider

How We Use It

We use this data to provide and improve the Service, process subscription payments, communicate with you, analyze usage, and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing & Third Parties

Data is shared only with trusted processors under strict agreements: RunPod (inference), Stripe (payments), hosting/database providers, and analytics services.

Your Rights (PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

2. Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rules for Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to create or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or hateful content through the API.

Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Service, API, and underlying AI technology. You own your input prompts. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated character outputs for personal or internal use only.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior in AI-generated characters. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

3. Cookie Policy

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These include:

• Essential cookies needed for the site and API to function.
• Analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the Service.
• Marketing or preference cookies (if applicable) to remember settings.

Cookies help us track behavior, remember preferences, and analyze how users interact with character creation tools. 4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Moderation

We actively moderate the platform to keep it safe and lawful:

• Creation-time keyword filters block obvious adult/sexual character attempts.
• A background auditor randomly samples existing characters for review.
• We maintain a manual “search-and-destroy” process that can fully remove violating characters, memories, and chat history from our database and vector store.

Violations may result in immediate character deletion and/or account suspension.

5. Disclaimers and Disclosures

AI Character Disclaimer

All characters created through our API are simulated fictional entities. They are not real people, nor do they possess consciousness, memory, or agency. Any role-play or “belief” displayed by a character is entirely generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or unexpected responses. We are not responsible for any content, behavior, or outcomes resulting from character interactions.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Information and AI outputs are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that character outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscriptions and prepaid Token Credits are billed automatically on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel anytime through your account. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
